Some people say that the definition of independence is a complex word and idea to try to define. In al truth independence is a perplexing word to try to define. This is because everybody has their own speculations of what independence is. Very infrequently are their two people that have the same perception of what the definition of independence is. What I perceive the definition of independence is the absolute freedom to do what you want, and to not be held back by any rules or laws of government or man, but by the rules and laws of nature and your own self concise.
Other areas, such as science, law or government, are subject to me, the greatest freedom of speech. Although it must also going to be possible to be able to express opinions, and thus enforce changes, but on the whole, should everything here, only with caution, and caution go . Frivolous freedom of expression, as in the art, should be here, go to the
In one form, freedom can mean that a person has "exemption from an obligation. "* If only the root (free) is looked at, it can be interpreted that one is "not under the control or power of another. "* However often the latter definition is used, it is also disagreed with, and for good reason: there is always a ruler, although the ruler may not necessarily be in the form of a person or group of persons. Take, for instance, the human body. It consists of basically three things, as far as ruling powers are concerned: prudence, will, and raw appetite.
Definition of Freedom: What is Freedom? When I hear the word freedom it sends chills down my spine. Because to me the word freedom means I am able to do whatever I want without anyone telling me different. To others this term means different things such as having freedom of speech, freedom of religion, freedom of press, and Freedom of Assembly. To have freedom of speech means people are able to express their opinions publicly without governmental interference, subject to the laws against libel, incitement to violence or rebellion.
Let Freedom Ring Freedom and responsibility, freedom-ability to act freely; A state in which somebody is able to do as he or she chooses, without being subject to any restraints or restrictions, authority to make decisions independently. Responsibility- (accountability) the state fact or position of being responsible for somebody; (blame) the blame for something that has happened that you were responsible for; something to be responsible for: something for which a person or an organization is responsible. There can be many types of responsibilities it all depends on the situation. I think that there is no good definition for the word freedom for the simple fact nobody’s free to do what they want because there is consequences and repercussion for all the actions that someone makes. In fact I think that there are more negatives of having freedom then positives ones.
That there are rights to which people are entitled by virtue of their humanity is not a novel idea. The statement in italic above surely has been presented throughout history as an archetype of this concept, specifically noting freedom of expression as a right to which all hold possession. The assertion of this right is well represented in the Unites States Bill of Rights. Within that document the First Amendment specifically restricts governmental powers prohibiting any such law or act from abbreviating our freedom of speech . This keystone to the American Democratic System spawns dialogue and discourse which forms policy, law, procedure, and so on.
The key difference between Hobbes and de Beauvoir’s perception of freedom is the fact that Hobbes focuses on liberty of several whereas de Beauvoir focuses on liberty of the individual. De Beauvoir fails to distinguish how particular situations do not allow for freedom, and is also contradictory in her statements; therefore Hobbes’ view should be accepted. Hobbes discusses the natural condition in which every man can is free to do what he desires; every man is equal. However, because of this, no one is free to have what they desire. Total freedom is an absolute lack of freedom.
People express these things because they are protected by the right to freedom of speech and they can 't be put in jail for it. The 1st amendment gives people the opportunity to argue that our government is corrupt because they can and will express their opinions on certain topics. Being able to speak your mind lets you stand up for what you feel is right. People exercising their 1st amendment right lets them stand up to rude teachers, bullies, cyberbullies, police officers, government, and just an out of control person on the street without having to physically fight
There has been a responsibility given to the media and should be handled accordingly. Freedom of expression which includes freedom of the press has a capacious content and is not restricted to expression of thoughts and ideas which are accepted and acceptable but also to those which offend or shock any section of the population. It also includes the right to receive information and ideas of all kinds from different sources. In essence, the freedom of expression embodies the right to know. However, under our Constitution no right in Part III is absolute.
Everybody has his/her own definition of freedom, each of us perceives the meaning of freedom in different ways. In my opinion, freedom is to do what you want without limiting it, without thinking the consequences of it, and without external influence. Also people cannot be free with saying that they are free, but they have to feel that they are free. Moreover, human nature was born to be a free, not to be noble from someone. Human freedom is the essence of the human nature.
