It is not easy what nurses provide and it is not even easy to achieve the statues to be called nurse which means nurses always work on themselves to do better every time they enter to the place where they provide care. By understanding all that, I have prepared myself for a long time to pursue to this career. My life experiences, the research, and talking specifically with nurses helped me to understand what I should expect and what the responsibilities are. After every research and every new information that I learned about nursing, it made me to be more interested and aware of what can I provide when I become a nurse and how I can benefit from it. It is the career that can help me to express the true me in more ways than I can think. I love helping people, making them smile, making sure they got all the help that they need, and they are happy when they or I leave. That gives me the joy that I enjoy and it makes my day only better. Therefore, I would commit to the career of nursing with all that I got. There are few reasons why and how I will contribute to nursing career winch includes that I would make sure that I continue nursing career to receive my masters and PhD in nursing, and nursing will help me to make sure that rest of Stepanyan generation will continue going to college since I am the first Stepanyan in my genealogy who went to college, also the ability and knowledge that I will receive when I go to Roseman University will provide me the opportunity to serve those who need the most…show more content…
People who struggle with health issues are the ones who need the most help since they will not be able to work or do anything else to support themselves or their family and on top of that it is an emotional roller coaster for families to see their loved ones having a problems with their health. In other words it effects everyone. I would commit to the career in nursing in a way that I would make sure those people will get the best care from me so they would be able to continue their life outside of hospitals or health facilities. Throughout my experiences from work I understood that with each person there is a new situation coming and I have to use my knowledge and experience to help the people in need. However, I also understood that each person is different and have different perspective about certain situations situation and because of that I have to approach each one differently to make sure they understand that I here only to help. Hence, my commitment to my career would be providing the best care to those who need it the most by approaching them differently and providing them the help that they need from the knowledge and experience that I will receive from Roseman
