My ambition to study Business Management originates from the age of 8. Whilst growing up in Germany, my parents had a restaurant and this started my ambition as I noted and studied the way my parents managed, lead their employees and the different task that were given. Attending university has been my fondest dream and I plan to continue my education and receive a masters then a doctorate. For as long as I can remember it has been my fondest dream and my furthest goal to attend college.

I participated in work experience at Osidge Primary School where I effectively managed a class of 24 students wherefrom I learned the significance of being an authoritative figure as well as that aided students with reading and writing. I believe in giving back and helping others so at Ashmole Academy I assisted a student with learning difficulties with their work and other activities; effectively throughout the year. I produced a timetable with the student to ensure all work is handed on time and that he is time efficient. I made use of interpersonal skills when liasing with the student and teacher. At Salvesen mental health housing I took care of mental health patients by assisting them through their daily routines and organised and led collaborative events such as a barbeque for staff and the patients.

I have taken part in the Duke of Edinburgh bronze award, as the leader of a group of 8, we camped and hiked for 3 nights with limited resources under restricted supervision. Similarly took part in the National Citizen Service where I learned skills such as photography and filming. Furthermore, At Ashmole Academy I was a member in the netball team. Business managements is a popular course which many people would like to do but with hard work and dedication I believe it can equip me to hopefully meet the demands of the future/ changing world and potentially start my own business.
