Answer: My family is very loving and will always encourage anyone who comes into contact with them. My family also thinks that they are funny and tries to crack jokes, but sometimes the jokes are not even funny. I have one sister who is extremely crazy and loves to be adventurous. My parents are always there to support my sister and I if we ever need anything.

Answer: My academic strength is right when I get a homework assignment, I do not hesitate to get the assignment done the same day the assignment was given to me. My academic weakness is studying. I like to study, but I do not think I am efficient at studying. I can read over and memorize what I just read, but I feel like there are other ways to study efficiently, instead of memorizing and actually understanding the material.

Answer: My salvation experience happened when I was little. I have been at a Christian school all my life and one day when I got home, I wanted to accept Jesus as my Lord and Savior. I was about seven, and I went up to my parent’s room and just started crying. I told my dad I wanted to accept Jesus into my heart. My dad prayed with me and helped me accept Jesus. I think going to a Christian school and hearing about the Gospel everyday influenced me to accept Jesus.

Overall I didn’t really have the great of an experience and that was the reason why I went back to my family’s house, and was able to continue my education at a Christian school; such as Azusa pacific University which I love. I love the fact that I am also learning more about God, and having a wonderful people that are getting to know more about God as well. My overall experience made me more grateful to be where I am today and to be able to focus more on my life being around my family.
I believe that everyone has their own strength and weaknesses, but not everyone is able to figure out their strengths and weaknesses correctly. Knowing our own strengths and weaknesses is essential because it can help to achieve success in anything we choose to do. For me, my weakness is the time management, communication skills and weak in preparing effective Curriculum Vitae (CV) Below will be further explaining all my personal weaknesses and the ways to overcome it.
Again I was raised neutrally with religion. As a family we didn't attend church. My grandparents are all Jehovah's Witness's, although both my father and mother ended up being disfellowshipped from the congregation. Since not having any religious influence being taught to me, I was open to explore different religions for myself. I learned about several different religions. I know now that I am a Spiritualist, rather than Christian.
I think my main strength is Life Purpose and Service. I am fulfilling my reason for being here by continuing my education at the University of Wisconsin – Stevens Point and in having chosen my major, Clinical Lab Science. Part of the reason I chose this major is because I enjoy helping people and am passionate about the field. I love helping people in any way I can, I have volunteered for many organizations such as City on a Hill, a volunteer organization where underprivileged people can go to receive food, and health care (physicians, eye doctors, podiatrists, etc). I also volunteer with youth groups in church (Music and Drama camp and Vacation Bible School). I find a significant purpose and fulfillment out of helping others.
I have always had the knowledge of Christ, but up until this last year, I realized I did not truly believe in him. I questioned the things in my life and why I always ended up with the same misery over and over. I had grown up in an abusive life from my early years. I can honestly say I had brief periods of peace when I was allowed to go with my grandparents, but they were short lived. I was taken to a variety of counselors from a very young age and put on prescription medicines starting at 16. Everyone around me could not figure out what was wrong with me and why nothing would “fix” me. Sin was a normal for me, and I carried on that lifestyle into adulthood. I had no concept of trust and what love really was.
One strength I saw myself, as having when I enter college is being able to understand and critical think about a essay/article that I have read. However, after taking English 101, I have now learned that this is a strength of mine as well as a weakness.
People may think I had no choice in becoming a Christian since I born and raised in a Christian family. It is true that I accepted the fact that I was sent to this world as His beloved daughter and as a disciple without doubt as I acknowledged myself as a daughter of my physical parents. Having parents that serve God as other missionaries would do and living in spiritually healthy environment made everything too easy for me to become a Christian. However, there have been special leads of the Lord and my unshakable obedient to those callings to truly become a committed Christian as right now.
I grew up as a Southern Baptist. My family has always belonged to the same church and to this day my parents and my brother’s family still attend First Baptist Church in Forest City, North Carolina. One of the reasons Baptists are given this name is because they are not baptized as infants, but when they are old enough to understand the full concept of Jesus and the sacrifice He made for us. I accepted the Lord as my personal savior when I was thirteen and made a public profession of my faith by walking to the front of the church one Sunday morning. Many factors in the past have influenced my relationship with God and continue to do so daily.
I believe that life is a learning experience and being able to recognize our own strengths and weaknesses can help us become better individuals in anything we choose to do, whether it is positive abilities and skills that can help achieve our goals or negative personal areas that need improvement. Knowing yourself and what you can do, can help you recognize and overcome your weaknesses.
They are the ones who support their children during those life decisions. Family is not always blood related. Finally, family is forever, family will never go away. Support is a massive part of the family. Family watches their kids and other family members fail and succeed all the time.
My family is a love I have. My immediate family consists of six people: my dad, mom, and three sisters and me. However, I love these people on a different scale than I love books. Whether it is a hand to guide, a tissue to wipe away tears, or simply a smile to make my day better I can count on people to love me and so, henceforth, I love them in return. I love my parents for many reasons. They are always there for me when I need help or am need of anything.
As mentioned earlier, I practically grew up in church. I went there every Sunday and every Wednesday. The concept of who God was, however, never became a reality to me until I was about 13. During my seventh grade year, my church went to a youth rally at a local church on weekend. Because of this rally and the message it sent, I realized and wanted to give my life to Jesus through baptism. It was awesome, I got home as a young teenager and actually talked to my mom about what it really means to be a Christian and to pick up your cross and follow him. So that very next weekend, my dad baptized me in front of the whole church on Sunday morning. It was an awesome feeling knowing that because of Jesus’ grace and mercy, I will be with him one day and spend eternity with him. Although I was on top of the world at this point, I still didn’t know fully what I had gotten into. So the next few years, I live the typical Christian life. I was trying to be the perfect person by doing the right stuff, I would try not to cuss, I would try to wear as many WWJD bracelets as I could so that I wouldn’t have to talk to them about Christ and they could just see it on my wrist, I would not join in on conversations with my friends that I knew were not right, I was just living life on cruise control.
A reason that this country works well is that everyone has diverse abilities which can contribute to everyday life. Some people let those abilities shine at work, in their personal life or both. As people have their strengths, they also have their weaknesses. There is a problem to improve those weaknesses when the weakness is not identified. Once the weak point is identified it needs to be resolved. A plan of action for improvement helps in solving the situation. In this paper, I will identify abilities and skills that I possess that contribute positively in my work environment, in my personal life, and in my learning team. I will also identify personal areas that need improvement, and outline a plan of action for improvement.
