One cannot deny that motivation is the main driver for achieving objectives, led by their own thoughts, feelings and emotions. This is a process of voluntary decision of the individual for a certain deliberate action or inaction in a particular situation. Motivation is a factor determining the behavior of workers in a given environment, their physical and intellectual participation and willingness to work exactly in this company with this team. When in one person arises the desire to conquer a goal, he feels the need to do it one way or another and this leads to his justification. Motivation can be expressed in two types: internal and external. Internal motivation is when we wish and desire to achieve something that would lead to our inner satisfaction. A good example of this is the desire of every one of us to work hard and make a good career, to create a family and provide the necessary funds for its survival, to live in a nice house and drive a good car. Once you achieve this goal then comes this inner satisfaction in every man. The external motivation is also known as a material motivation. This is a condition that leads us to reach a certain goal from outside contentment - money, evaluations, articles, etc. According to the individual, motivation is a combination of reasons and goals that encourage that person to perform certain actions. For example, a motivated employee is the one who realizes that by working the job which is chosen from him can reach his goals (personal and business). In terms of management, the motivation is what encourages employees to work and strive for their own achievements. Finally, there is little evidence to suggest that people are motivated to satisfy only one need level at a time, except in situations where there is a conflict between needs. Even though Maslow 's hierarchy lacks scientific support, it is quite well-known and is the first theory of motivation to which many people they are exposed. Motivational theories typically fall into two categories: content and process. Content theories focuses on individual drives and needs, because they are seen as part of our common “mental luggage”. However, process theories explain the thought processes behind an individual’s behavior and how people make choices with respect to goals. Unlike content theories, process theories give a decision-making role in choosing our goals and how to pursue them.
