People come to work for money ,Discuss?
Money is not the only motivation for work ,because there are people who spend countless hours working field like teachers, who are not paid nearly what they are .when you choose a profession ,the first criteria for the selection is that one must love what they do, or else , you will be unhappy.
Money has a part in the decision, but is not that only motivation .another factor is location , how long a commute are you willing to put up with twice a day ? if your answer is that you want to work closer home , then perhaps money cannot be the initial motivator for decision.
Some people want to work for certain profession and will accept less money in order to gain entry into certain field. Money as the only motivation can be proven only in the extreme circumstances where individuals will do anything for money, such as commit crimes willingly injure people by engaged in immoral activities, or knowing breaking the law.

Genrally the less someone is paid ,the more important money is motivator for them.for someone of the lowest paid people within in the work place.money may be the main motivator for them. however, money is not a long term motivator ,if someone is given a pay rise the positive motivation impact may only last 6 month . after this initial period people are already thinking about their next pay award.Non financial ways of motivation people genrally have much longer term positive impact on their motiv...
