Cosmology and Moral Philosophy
ABSTRACT: The universe as a whole can be shown to consist of two worlds: the real world and the transcendental world. The real world is a multitude of passing things in a gravitational field: it is the world of nature, every unit of which is born (from the transcendental world), develops, degrades and dies (that is, it returns to the transcendental world). The transcendental world is the world of the integrated, nonpassing, unborn and undying, internally functioning Unity, which is the other side of the real world (so to speak) as roots to a tree and its branches in relation to the surface of the Earth. The fundamental science of the real world is theoretical physics. The transcendental world is also a 'physical' but energyless world. In this paper, I outline characteristics of the real world, and the basic characteristics of the transcendental world which are essential for constructing a theory about the functioning of the cosmological vacuum.
1. Basic characteristics of the structure of the real world
The real world of our universe one can present as consisting of the totality of the interconnected (through the known fundamental interactions) units of the nature, for example, photons, atoms, molecules, cells, living organisms, men, stars, galaxies and ets. Their materiality is shown, for example, in the outwards activity (the power), in which the units of nature come forward as integrated formations in the relation of other units of nature; their spirituality, enlightened through the materiality, in the form (in order of the growth of the spirituality) of the inside activity (that is of the spontaneous transitions into their different states), in the form of the senseorganized unity ( regulated by any laws), of the soul, and of the spirit. Different units of nature have different degrees of the spirituality, which are shown in the spontaneity, statisticality, selforganization, freedom of the will and so on, therefore one can say about corresponding spiritual aspects of any units of nature.
The transcendental part of the universe exerts the influence on the inside activity of the units of nature through creation of the virtual states and virtual processes.
The units of nature of a complicated structure have the central organizing element, functioning of which gives the selforganized integrity to on initial unit, and the loss of which means destruction of this material-spiritual unit of nature.
The structureless (not disintegrated into elements) units of nature (for example, photons) can arise and disappear only through their birth and destruction as a whole, while the structural units can arise and disappear in parts.

The purpose of this paper is to discuss an invisible disease call Reflex Sympathetic Dystrophy and how it impacts an individual’s life. The framework that will be utilized is the strength and empowerment perspective to show some coping mechanism to assist individual’s adjusting to the impact this disease has on their life and how to improve their everyday experience when dealing with the symptoms of this disease. This paper will also discuss four policy recommendations that could be used to improve a patients overall heath and tools to manage this life altering experience.
Gang violence is becoming a known threat in our country. Gang violence is defined as a group of people by repetitive socializing individuals or close friends with recognizable influence and inner coordination. These gangs will claim full control over a region in a community, town, or specific area which will lead to the involvement of violent crimes and unlawful behavior as a group or even by oneself. Since these gangs are increasing in size in communities, citizens of certain areas are beginning to move out or avoid going to these locations in order to avoid becoming the next victim to one of the community gangs waiting to engage in their next deviant act. These specific areas are located in communities that are at a poverty level, toxic areas, or environments where immigration is at it's highest. Law enforcement officials figure that these sorts of patterns bring out the characteristics of gang violence. It is known that an individual who wants to become a gang member must commit a violent crime in order to test their level of seriousness and faithfulness to their fellow brothers or, as they are known, "bloods". With the crime being committed by an individual, the physical features of a true gang member start to appear. Members or "brothers" are often easily recognized by their walk, tattoos, clothes, and colors of their clothes. Gangs are usually noted as groups of individuals who wear baggy jeans, long shirts, and bandana's of certain color. Another way to identify a gang member is by certain markings or tattoos on an individuals body. “"The modern street gang serves as an example par excellence of how geography and social networks converge to influence behavior." (Papachristos 2013). “Par excellence” is explained as ho...
As individuals are the units of association and institutions so these associations and institutions are the units of social structure.
Truth is in the eye of the beholder. Or is it? Questions regarding the nature of truth have always been central to not only philosophers, but all men (and women, of course) who possess any desire for knowledge. For while truth itself is an elusive concept, it is also the underlying theme of all science -- which is the basis of knowledge -- and so the seeker of learning must first discover his own truth about the world; without a strong belief, the slippery nature of truth will only serve to confuse and mislead the student of life. A person who is lacking a basic understanding of truth can never fully grasp the fine distinction between appearance and reality, yet the ability to separate the two is essential to anyone interested in knowledge at a higher level, where appearances lead only to dead ends. Or do they? And who says appearance is not reality? At the heart of this matter is the conflict between truth as an absolute and the truth of the senses; while this may seem like a trivial matter (truth is true, isn't it?), it is anything but.
Marcus Hoover of Stanford University credits California as the origin of gangs in the article “Where All the Madness Began: A Look at Gang History” since it is the home of both the notorious Bloods and the opprobrious Crips. Hoover defined a gang member as this: “any person who actively participates in any gang with knowledge that its members engage in or have engaged in a pattern of criminal gang activity, and who willfully promotes, furthers, or assists in any felonious criminal conduct by members of that gang.” Research shows that the leading cause for gangs popularity and growth is the lack of a stable home system and a non-family presence. During the time of mobs, author Claire Sterling states; in her article “The Mafia Poses a New Threat to America” from Gangs: Opposing Viewpoints; teens and adults would find comfort in a group, which they believed had their best interest in mind. Gangs are not just in America, gangs operate all over the globe. Gangs know good and well exactly what they are doing. Although not all acts of certain individuals can be b...
Transcendentalism was an American philosophical movement of the first half of the 19th century, for which there is a reality beyond the senses and reason. (Ralph Waldo Emerson) (Poetic author) by making use of the transcendental Foundation in his essay “Nature” tells us that the true independence of the individual is achieved with intuition and direct observation of the laws of nature. For this conception when a human is in contact with nature, making use of intuition and observation, is able to make contact with the cosmic energy, the creative source of life.
However, with this element of the conditioned mentioned, the focus of this paper will be on empacho as it affects the stomach and intestines while also looking at the various treatments for it.

...he god particle keeping constant motion within the universe all forms of life would cease to exist. Everyone and everything is constantly in motion, without this constant motion our bodies would begin to malfunction and shut down. Therefore, since we react to quanta in an unexplained way we too are supernatural quantum specimens.

Spirituality is often approached either as a dogma with an emphasis on scripture and sacred texts, or as ritual with an emphasis on the legal norms. Certainly, many of the studies on religion have approached it from one of these angles. However, focusing solely on sacred texts and rituals can limit our understanding of the experiences and engagements of believers with religion. At the present, with breakthroughs in science and advancements in the study of quantum physics, spirituality rises once again to shine upon humanity’s quest for knowing the meaning of reality, of its nature and that of the universe that it belongs to. Forms of spirituality and mysticism can vary in their manifestations from culture to the other, but all are essentially springing up from the same eternal spring. They can be cinematographic and present in expressions and visions densely rich and that has a lot in common with the arts of cinema. Through discussing various themes and scenes from five films; Baraka, Spring, Summer, Autumn, Winter and Spring Again, What the Bleep Do We Know, The Secret and Al Mureed, this essay will illuminate how the spiritual manifestations in each film were mirroring the same reflection of a universal truth throughout the world heritage, in relation to the findings of quantum physics as shown in the film What the Bleep Do We Know.
Gang violence is a major problem in our society today. If nothing is done soon, gang violence could take place in our neighborhoods. MW Klein, a gang researcher, says that gangs are an aggregation of youths who perceive themselves as distinct, and that are viewed as distinct by the community. Klein also states that the gangs call forth a consistently negative image of themselves through their actions (Klein). To those involved in gangs however, gang membership provided a youth means of attempting to consolidate their gender identities (Douglas). Most of the early American street gangs have historically been ethnically based. Early gangs were mainly Irish, Polish, or Italian (Klein).
This act established old age benefits and funding for assistance to blind individuals and disabled children and the extension of existing vocational rehabilitation programmes. In present day society, since the passage of the ADA (American with Disabilities Act of 1990) endless efforts of the disability rights movement have continued on the focus of the rigorous enforcement of the ADA, as well as accessibility for people with disabilities in employment, technology, education, housing, transportation, healthcare, and independent living for the people who are born with a disability and for the people who develop it at some point in their lives. Although rights of the disabled have significantly gotten better globally throughout the years, many of the people who have disabilities and are living in extremely undeveloped countries or supreme poverty do not have access nor rights to any benefits. For example, people who are in wheelchairs as a transportation device have extremely limited access to common places such as grocery stores, schools, employment offices,
...eglected social issues in recent history (Barlow). People with disabilities often face societal barriers and disability evokes negative perceptions and discrimination in society. As a result of the stigma associated with disability, persons with disabilities are generally excluded from education, employment, and community life which deprives them of opportunities essential to their social development, health and well-being (Stefan). It is such barriers and discrimination that actually set people apart from society, in many cases making them a burden to the community. The ideas and concepts of equality and full participation for persons with disabilities have been developed very far on paper, but not in reality (Wallace). The government can make numerous laws against discrimination, but this does not change the way that people with disabilities are judged in society.
