Destiny Hope Cyrus, more commonly known as Miley Cyrus, was born in small town Franklin, Tennessee on November 23, 1992 to Billy Ray and Letitia Jean. She has a huge personality. Her role model is also her godmother, Dolly Parton. She has five siblings, is terrified of cats, loves horses, and sticks her tongue out instead of smiling in pictures (IMDb.com).
