I interviewed a migrant worker working in PKU High School. Before I conduct the interview, I felt that most migrant workers are male and women normally need to stay at home to take care of children and do chores. I felt that people’s lives in the countryside were so much different from ours. Among the most difficult lives are those of women. I was shocked because I couldn’t imagine how was she able to do farming and family chores at the same time. When men move elsewhere, the burdens on women only become
