Microbe is a microorganism, that is known as a bacterium that cause diseases or fermentation. Microbes can have a powerful impact on each individual’s health and well-being. The role of antibiotics is through the influence of things that the cells of bacteria have. ("Microbe", 2017, p.2). This essay will briefly outline a range of common microbes that affect human health and discuss the benefits and risks of antibiotics, and discuss a range of therapeutic uses of microbes. For many years antibiotics have treated respiratory infections. In over 2500 years ago the Chinese where the first to apply antibiotic therapy. To their attention the therapeutic properties of moldy soybean curd applied to infections, therefore these materials where used as standard treatment. The clinical antibiosis potential was identified by L. Pasteur and J. F. Jourbert in 1877 (McGraw-Hill, 2007, p. 35-36). There are a range of bacteria microbes such as E. coli. In the intestines of the human body, there is the E. coli bacteria that lives in them. Some types of E.coli may be considered to be harmless, with that said, there are some types that make you sick ("E. Coli", 2017, para.1). Most common carrier of E. coli are cows. Despite the fact of having cows as the most common carrier, there is chicken, deer, sheep, and pigs hat have been considered as to be the carrier of E. coli (Clack, 2017, para. 3). Another common bacteria Known Is Listeria. This bacteria is found in soil and some animals such as, poultry and cattle. Listeria can be found in milk and foods that are produced from raw milk. The existence of Listeria can occur in plants that produce and have the chances of contaminating meat that is processed ("Listeria", 2017, para 1).
