Born Michelangelo di Lodovico Buonarroti Simoni, also known simply as Michelangelo, he is regarded the most famous artist of the Italian Renaissance. Michelangelo’s father had worked for the Florentine government. Shortly after his birth his family returned to Florence.
Born on the 6th of March year 1475, Italian artist was born in Caprese, Republic of Florence [Italy]. This fascinating painter and sculptor sadly died on the 18th of February, 1564. He was never ever forgotten for his art and poems, his memory will still be shown in the future. His place of death was in Rome, Papal States.
Michelangelo was an Italian Renaissance sculptor, painter, architect and poet. He was an expert of unparalled influence on the development of Western art.
