Born to Joseph and Katherine Jackson, MIchael was born on August 29, 1958 in Gary, Indiana. He was the youngest sibling out of 5 but that did not stop his talent from shining through. In the early 1960’s, Michael’s father put together a music group using his sons, which later became known as the Jackson 5 (“Michael Jackson Biography”). Even from an early age, Michael was able to touch the lives of many people. At a young age, Michael became the lead singer of the Jackson 5 because of his voice range and depth. Their father was always pushing them to do better, sometimes to the point of violence. They worked hard to make sure that they had a solid performance. There was an investigation done at his Neverland Ranch and no evidence was ever discovered. Though there was a major blow to the popstars reputation. Some say his marriage to Lisa Marie Presley was a cover up to try and restore his reputation. They were married in 1994 and divorced in 1996 (Michael Jackson Biography”). In the year to follow, Michael remarried to Debbie Rowe in 1997. The had two had children together through artificial insemination. The first ones name was Michael Joseph “Prince” Jackson Jr., born in 1997. The second was a daughter named Paris Michael Katherine Jackson, born in 1998. Rowe and Jackson ended up getting a divorce the year after their daughter was born in 1999. Michael got full custody over the children and ended up having another child. The mother of the child was never known but the child 's names was Prince Michael “Blanket” Jackson (Michael Jackson Biography”). After that Michael 's reputation started a sudden decline.
