Summertime is near and it time to start planning your vacation. I have vacationed to a lot of places so I have my favorites. New York is great, and so is Los Angeles, but if you are looking for a place with a peaceful atmosphere, amazing climate and a diverse atmosphere Miami, Florida is the place you want to go!! It does not matter if you are planning a romantic trip with your significant other or family get away Miami can accommodate all your need. There are several reasons why you choose Miami as your summer vacation spot but I only need to discuss three major point to help you make your choose and they are awesome weather, the breathtaking beaches and the range of entertainment and activities you can partake in all day and night!

South Beach, also known as Lummus Park Beach, is very popular for its non-stop nightlife, exceptional architecture and its multicultural atmosphere. It is also a good place to spot celebrities any given time. South Beach is the ideal beach experience. It is the place to see and show off your work from your many months from working out in the gym. South Beach does permit topless bathing but that is the only thing you are allowed to take off. South Beach is also popular for the paved jogging path that borders the beach. Crandon Park Beach is also known as a party beach, where many people go to dance, listen to loud music and enjoy lively beach sports. Crandon Park Beach has a nature center, a family amusement center and cabanas that can be rented for the day. It also has one of Miami exclusive golf courses, Crandon Golf Key Biscayne. It is considered the most challenging par-72 courses in the State of Florida.
Most families with children choose to visit Matheson Hammock Park Beach, where there is an artificial lagoon and safe waters. I have been to Florida a billion times, but there are only two places that I normally visit. Sanibel Island and Destin. Traveling to Sanibel Island is almost like a tradition for my family because every year we try to go down there. My grandparents first went to Sanibel with my whole family (cousins and all) about 15 years ago and ever since then, it has been our family’s main “vacation spot”. I have gone to Sanibel almost every year, but last year I also went to Destin. Now the main reason we decided to go there as well is because we wanted to travel somewhere nearby the panhandle of Florida. The water and beaches are also very contrasting in comparison to Sanibel. Sanibel’s beaches even had heaps of sea shells going out into the water. The sand is also more dense than that of Destin. Even Sanibel’s water is darker and more cloudy, so it was crazy to see Destin’s water so clear! The beach (which is called Emerald Cove, where I stayed at) had sand that was so white and soft it

In all of my travels across the United States of America, the `hottest' vacation spot hands down is in Key West, Florida and the `coolest' place to travel to is Denali National Park in Denali, Alaska. These vacation destinations are the two most beautiful and most relaxing places in the nation! I personally have experienced a week of enjoyment at both locations and find myself wanting to go back to each of them in the future because I had such a great time. Even though these are both awesome places to spend a week of vacation time, they differ in weather and climate patterns, they each have unique attractions and activities to do, and both vary in travel costs and various other expenses.
California’s most ravishing views must be its coastline. There are amazing, refined, long stretches of beaches that offer a wide variety of sceneries. Miami beach is considered one of the “sexiest beaches in America.” With all the parties thrown on the beach, spring break is a local one stop for students that are coming out of Miami University. Clearwater beach, years ago, was ranked as the number one beach on the planet, with its white powdery sand and super clear water. Choosing a vacation destination can be difficult. When deciding a destination there are many things to consider. Two of the most important considerations are the climate, and activities that are available. California is one of the top destinations for many people. California is also known as the “Sunshine State”. The beautiful state has many things to offer for families, couples, and singles. The top places that are visited in Southern California include many amusements and popular site seeing. A few top places are Disneyland, San Diego Zoo, Sea World, Hollywood Boulevard, and Catalina Island. These are a few of the top attractions in Southern California. Ultimately where you choose to visit will be a personal choice.
Picture a beautiful city surrounded by tall skyscrapers soaring into the clouds and the beautiful statue of liberty standing still on the water. You walk down the street passing hundreds of little shops and restaurants, all the while you are taken a back by the breathtaking beauty of the city that you are gazing upon. Now picture laying on the beach at sunset listening to the ocean waves. The air is crisp and the smell of saltwater is bitter sweet. The locations I’m describing are New York City and Myrtle Beach. I have 2500 dollars to take on vacation to one of these destinations and I am comparing and contrasting the two. I will be considering the cost of travel, food, hotel, and also activity and miscellaneous expenses.

Several surveys have shown the city of Miami to be one of the least preferable cities in which to drive. Every morning there is an exodus of Biblical proportions, as thousands or cars tightly pack into highways six lanes wide. More discouraging about driving in Miami is the mind-numbingly slow pace with which traffic moves. Moreover, bumper-to-bumper traffic causes many minimal damage accidents that ironically have larger, more negative, effects on traffic congestion than they actually should. Other factors such as construction and aggressive drivers create more hazardous conditions for commuters. The roads and highways of Miami are a world of danger that creates the unpleasant experience it is to drive in Miami.
In Jamaica, the climate is tropical and humid with warm to hot temperatures all year round. The average temperature in Jamaica is between 80 and 90 degrees Fahrenheit. Jamaican nights are considered cooler than the days and the mountain areas are cooler than the lower land throughout the year. Jamaica is an overall sunny climate with minimal periods of extended rainfall outside of its rainy season. The coldest season of the year is winter. While it does not snow during the winter months, the climate is cooler due to the winter activities in the mountains. When compared to Jamaica, the United States has a broad range of climates. Due to its large size and wide range of geographic features, United States has examples of nearly every global climate. The northern part of the country tends to be cooler than the south. In general, summers are hot and humid in the plains and southern states while the southwest states are very hot and quite dry. The coldest season of the year is winter. Winter in the southern states is mild, while in the north, northeast, and in the western mountains, conditions are often quite cold with heavy snow and sub-freezing
If I were able to travel to anywhere in this world without worrying about expenses, I would travel to New Orleans; a Louisiana city that is located on the Mississippi River and is in close proximity to the Gulf of Mexico. New Orleans has a number of things to provide as to why I would travel there, but I only picked my main three that I mostly want to do. The first reason is for the unique and diverse culture New Orleans has to offer. The other two reasons are for the history and to witness the creepy side of New Orleans that it is most famous and known for.
