Compare and contrast the different types of metric tools (e.g., surveys, chart review, etc) that can be used to collect information. Include in your discussion the role of technology in metric tool selection and use (e.g., online survey software vs. paper and pencil collection).
The advances in technology have provided a number of ways to collect and interpret data in regards to scientific research. According to Cope (2014) using paper and pencil surveys is the tried and true method of collecting data; However, technology is quickly becoming a popular and at times a more efficient way to collect data. The α coefficient is scored from 0-1. This particular tool reliability was reported at .91 therefore it has an excellent internal consistency.

According to Reading Craze (n.d.) a code is a short word, phrase, number or numbers describing the meaning and context of the whole sentence, phrase or paragraph. Coding allows the process of data analysis to be simplified. Example of coding translation in reference to case study:
