The WEWBS had a positive correlation of r= + 0.99999952, there was a relationship between enduring the running programme and the mental health being of a person increasing. However must be cautious to generalize these results, as the sample size was relatively small. The positive results of this self-evaluation are promising and offer support for further research in this area.
