I propose that the Nationalist Government should put an end to the encirclement of Chinese communists and cooperate together. It is also important to evoke and increase the public awareness regarding this national crisis. Thus, we can recruit more nationalists into military force. In addition, we can appeal to world peace organizations and western powers for their financial help and military support.
