Believing medical errors happen in everywhere in the world, but every mistakes has a reason behind. In Saudi Arabia, so many cases happened, but there are still not estimate exact number about medical error. There are so many medical errors are never reported in Saudi Arabia by healthcare professionals because of punishment. Some patient’s do not reporting their cases due to repotting do not give them most of their right to have.
With so many motivations to write about medical error in Saudi Arabia among health government plus privet hospital about medical errors. Reading so many stores and hearing others from friends, newspaper, and intranet. Would like to start to put most of reasons that make medical errors in Saudi Arabia such as: some doctors cheating with their licensed, operating on the wrong body part, infection infestation, baby switchers.
Frist thing, some doctors cheating with their licensed. In general, most of doctors who practice medical treatment from other nationality from around the world. When doctors come to Saudi, most of them they do not have enough experiences. They come with contract jobs. After those doctors been in Saudi hospital maybe one or two years, they put in really hard causes and they cannot find problems with patients.
"The Saudi Commission for Health Specialties (SCHS) discovered 2,714 forged certificates for health care practitioners in the last 10 years, according to the SCHS.
The report said the forged certificates included physicians, pharmacists, nurses, technicians of sterilization, operation rooms, anesthesia, labs, X-ray and optics.
