Growing up in this day of time, one is constantly surrounded by social media, affecting all of us in some kind of way. Social media is at the touch of our fingertips, within seconds, one can search the news that happened a minute ago and get the latest details. We are able to follow up with the most cutting-edge trends and the latest gossip going around. Social media, being one of the biggest social identity components, can leave teenagers and younger adults pressured to socially construct their identity, that including television, the internet, and social network. Whether we realize it or not, social media plays a big role in our daily lives, people watch the news, their favorite television shows and learn something new here and there; television is a part of our lifestyle.

Social media has rapidly increased in the past few years, and has become one of the most significant parts of our daily lives. With websites such as Facebook and Twitter, we are now able to communicate with people half a world away. With just one click, you are able to keep in touch with relatives, gawk at the latest celebrity gossip, and even see what your friends had for breakfast. However, with access to unlimited sources of information, many of us have grown dependent on our phones and computers. Teens, in particular, are one of the most prominent age groups affected by this epidemic.

The world of mass communication is a world that is continuously growing and modernizing. Mass communication can be defined in so many different ways but its general purpose is to target a large audience of people at once. This semester we have covered many areas of mass communication that have really stuck with me and opened my eyes to how extensive our media coverage really is. Overall, the one chapter that stuck with me the most is the use of the internet in the mass communication world. The internet has become such an important resource and outlet that allows people not only to communicate with one another but to receive news as well.

All in all, internet has lots of significant importance about a lot of issues. It is clear that the internet is a positive development for news reporting. Due to the internet's effectiveness and facilities for news reporting, everyone can contribute to this development because of the internet's dynamics. But if the internet restricted in the future, everything about the news will never be as before due to dynamism of it. If everyone's interests about the news on the internet every country,every company will grow up and more effective than its older situation again due to dynamism of the internet.
