Recommended: Animal cruelty in the food industry

Introduction:
Meat is a major food that it is commonly consumed by humans. Meat quality is important for the buyer who buys meat, and it is a particularly crucial level for the industrial meat in this century. In many countries, because of the costumer request for high quality of meat is rapidly rising, the industrial of meat must produce a convenience meat quality that supply a safety, tenderness, healthy and flavour to ensure more increase the consumption of meat ( Joo, 2013).
Animal welfare is a well-being, good health or fortune, happiness and comfort. The experience animal welfare is the best information about more aspects such as prolongs life, behaviour, physiology, Genetic, and reproduction ( Ewbank,1999) .
Factors of prior abattoir affected on meat quality:
The last interval of the systematically animal production is transport and slaughter of local animals which is produced of the best quality meat. Throughout of the pre-slaughter time, although, different types of stresses are shown in local animals that these stresses are dealing by human, different environmental situation, trip, starving and thirst. In Lairage duration, furthermore, many factors may influence to recapture rate of animals such as the time of lairage, non-exist of starving, privation water and ecological status. However, the stresses of lairage increase of grange animal through the consequence of dehydrate of food and water deprivation. Some components of blood are changed in animal body in lairage period due to theses stresses like lactate dehydrogenase, glucose and phosphocreatine kinase ( Ekiz,2012).

Animal farming sector, furthermore, is the main part of structural farming in worldwide or industrialised countries that they are currently supplying an enormous size and concentrate of infrastructure particular meat in the world. The expression of model animal welfare has some separate meanings in this issue that it is treating the enduring and stress of sensitive animals.
