The three paths to happiness according to Martin Seligman is the pleasant life, the good life, and the meaningful life. All these paths help to a successful life of happiness. Without one path to follow many people would live unhappy lives. The one that most resembles my perspective on living a good life is “The Good Life”. Once I am doing something I really enjoy, I can spend hours doing it. I love to exercise and I can exercise multiple times throughout the day. Exercising helps me to keep healthy as well as active.
