Many years ago, Martin Luther King Jr. had a dream. A dream that has finally come true today. That black and white people will have the same rights, which they will be treated the same as one another and can live in harmony with each other. Now, I have a dream.
Women have been fighting for their rights for decades now. Some of those rights they have earned, but some they still have some fighting to do for. When people think of women in the workforce, they think of nurses, teachers, librarians, or lawyers, but not scientists or engineers. Women were not thought of as scientists because many times Science, Technology, Engineering, and Math (STEM) were thought of male success areas and not female. Women were never encouraged to pursue careers
