My daddy said that the first time you fall in love, it changes you forever and no matter how hard you try that feeling will never go away. In every relationship, you will experience good and bad moments with each other as a couple. There will be times when you may not need any advice, but would need a hand to hold, an ear to listen and a heart to understand them. He was inside and I told him to open the door and he did and that’s when I saw he was crying. I asked why was he crying and he told me that he just needed someone to listen to him so I listened to him. He told me that he was crying because his ex was pregnant and I was freaking out, but he told me that he could have had a child but his ex-had a miscarriage and he started to cry even more. I told him everything was going to be okay and I just could not hold it in anymore and I cried too. He told me that you know I always wanted to tell you about this, and every day it was eating me inside and it hurts every day that I didn’t tell you. I told him I’m always here for you no matter what and that I’ll be here to listen and support you. He smiled at me and kissed me, then told me thank you for understanding and I love you so much. Just taking the time to understand and listen can really make their day. Our love is still an ongoing process which makes me happy that we are still together. My love for him grows stronger each day when I’m with him. Even though we have our ups and downs we always find ways to forgive each other which makes our love even stronger.
There will be times in every relationship when you or your partner may not show each other’s love physically, but if you follow your heart and you feel that he or she is the one then I believe that we are meant for each other. Has there ever been a time where you have experienced true love, but everything was not what you expected? You thought everything was at the forefront but there was a deeper meaning to things. Well in the poem “First Love: A Quiz”, A.E. Stallings introduces you to the deeper side of things. This poem doesn’t consist of many literary devices, but Stallings uses her choice of words to make the reader give thought to the text, and to the story being told of Persephone and Hades. The structure of the poem also helps to better understand the actual meaning of the poem. As you read this “quiz” everything gets very abstract and your options become harder and harder to choose from.
Every day that I wake up and every night before I fall asleep, I thank God that we met, because without you I would be nothing. Through the hard times you have held my hand, through the rough times you have held me close to you, and through the ups and downs you have stayed by my side. What else could I ask for? Scott Fitzgerald’s novel The Great Gatsby and the film The Notebook directed by Nick Cassavetes both share a similar love story producing the idea that first love never dies. Both the novel and the film present the idea of a lower class man falling in love with a wealthy woman. Neither of the men are able to stay with the women due to disapproval. When the men finally reconnect with the women, they realize they are already in a new relationship. Although the women are in different relationships, they know they are still in love with their first love, leaving a conflict for them in the current relationship
I did not speak to him the rest of the day, but that night he came over to my house to talk things out. I had discussed with my mom the issue and she said I needed to think hard about what I needed to do. I told him I think we needed to take a break for a week. He was very upset and did not understand. Love is one of those things that means different things to different people. If you would look the word love up in the dictionary, you would find this: “an intense feeling of deep affection.” For some people, love can be purely romantic or even just purely sexual. For others, real love can only exist between family members or between people and a god. For some people, it is felt for your partners, family, pets, or even inanimate objects. A big thing that people may disagree with is that love is supposedly “conditional” (108). According to Fredrickson, “'just as our body is designed to extract oxygen from the Earth’s atmosphere, our body is designed to love” (105). If love is supposedly such an engraved ability, why would it need conditions? Well, as amazing as our brain can be, it is not able to hold huge amounts of information. It will automatically discard of unused information after a short while. So basically, if we want to maintain love, we have to keep renewing acts of love. This explains why many relationships tend to fail. It is very common for people to lose feelings for someone and it is solely because people do not know how to self-generate love. I can define the first love as when one person has extreme feelings for another person for the first time. First love is not something that we can forget. First love is one of the best experiences I ever had. My first love is my crush. An interesting thing was that the person I had a crush on also had the same feeling for me. I never thought that someone would have a crush on me. My first love is my current girlfriend, the gorgeous beauty queen Jalila. I listen to the constant roar of motors as the dirt bikes and go-carts race around the small track behind me. For a few (usually uneventful) hours every Tuesday, I work at the ticket and rider registration booth; collecting money and making everyone sign the if-you-die-you-can’t-sue-us forms. As usual, I was signing in a few riders and spectators at my station; as I listened to my ipod in one ear I completed my task that I had done hundreds of times before. However, this time something distracted me, something that made me lose my rhythm in completing the current customer’s registration. That something turned out not to be the usual bike, go-cart, or anything with a gas or break. That something turned out to be a guy. He stood in the line and watched the motocrossers lay the bikes sideways in the air and land it, making it look easy as pie. However, at that moment I couldn’t have cared less about the motocross race going on right next to me, there could have been a massive bike pile up and it wouldn’t have brought me out of this odd trance. Regarding looks, he seemed absolutely perfect. His skin was a nice tan probably from riding in the sun, his eyes were piercing blue and he was the perfect height. I quickly realized that I had been ignoring the customer that I was currently helping, and kept stealing glances his way to take another look. Teens deal with conflict on a day-to-day basis. This holds true especially for Jared. You could say Jared was your average everyday teenager. He plays the guitar in his free time and has a great number of friends. But as for girlfriends, that’s a different story.

It ensures the continuance of the human race through reproduction. Love is often considered a mystery because of its unexplainable feelings. It is the personal and affectionate relationship between two people. Researchers have discovered the biological reasons behind falling in love. The brain controls the signals that release chemicals and hormones in your body to give that rush that love brings.
Romantic love requires attraction, plus attachment. Someone can be very strongly attracted to another person, but never become attached. Without some feeling of attachment, attraction is nonspecific. Once you have begun to fall in love with someone, this process becomes more and more important and you begin to feel more attached to this person. When in this state of attachment, each person feels as if they are one person combined together.
Kara walked into the classroom five seconds before the bell rang and all the guys looked in awe. She was the kind of girl that everyone wants but nobody can have. I was among these spectators sitting next to an empty desk. She came and took the weight off her feet in chair to the left of me. I had never talked to her until one day she brought conversation upon me. She asked me how my day was going and I gave a typical response of “Good.” She introduced herself and asked for my name. I discovered right then from the position of the sun in the sky creating a perfect reflection of shine in her eyes that this girl was the perfect human being. The way she talked with a sense of warmth made me feel comforted and secure.
