I am writing about Taylor Swifts new music video '' Look what you made me do''. In this music video Taylor portrays many emotions about her past and things she has gone through. I portray her music video as not only being open about her emotions, but almost as if she is using her music to defend herself. She is speaking her side of the story throughout the whole video. She talks about happy things, bad things, enemies and friends. I will be writing about all the scenes and analyzing them one by one. I think this video is trying to say that Taylor Swift is No longer caring what other people think and she is just going to do what she wants to do.

While crashing Swift is holding up a Grammy while she has won 10 Grammys and Perry has won none. The next scene we are getting into is the one where swift is wearing a hoodie that says ''blind for love'' obviously displaying what everyone thinks of her because of all the relationships she has managed to take part in. I also think she is showing how she has struggled with streaming companies when she walks out of the bank vault and the lights above her say '' Stream Co.''. Then she takes us to a pink room filled with model looking robots showing that she has had multiple friends that were just along for the ride not really ever being true friends. The next scene she takes us to is where she is dancing with a bunch of men and then all of a sudden, the men rip their jackets open and their shirts read I heart TS (Taylor Swift). Similar to the short that her ex-boyfriend Tom Hiddleston had previously owned. Not to mention there are eight men behind her which made me think it could be her eight exes.
