Introduction of the Problem
The Effects of Divorce on Children is significant and warrants further research because children are struggling with emotional issues, academic testing, social activities, and becoming a grounded adult. Children are not getting the proper support at home or even have an intact family can that positively support children’s healthy growth. Children are becoming more depress than in the years past.
Solving the outcome for children from a divorce family is very important for the child’s well-being. Divorce will more than likely never go away however; we have to start making sure our children get the proper counseling and whatever else he/she may need to get through this dramatic change in their life.

Parental divorce has a negative inflecuce on family resources and the financial stablity of the family. Children who live in no intact homes experience more financial problems than children in a two parent home (Anderson, 2015).
Effects
Divorce has been proven to destroy a child’s competence later in life in family relationships, education, emotional well-being, and future earning power. The negative outcome can lead into the adulthood of the child. The difference from a child from a intact family than a non intact family is not large however the results can be very challenging for childen.
