In this slideshow I will talk about their habitat what they eat and their predators and how the life cycle would stop like if there is a miss card for a deck of cards. Long-tailed weasel can live in a lot of different habitat types. In Maryland marshland, in the woods, grasslands and rocky places in Maryland are all long-tailed weasel habitats. The long-tailed weasel also lives in open areas covered with brush or tall grass near the water. Weasels live in dens made from hollow logs, tree stumps, rock piles or in burrows that it has taken over by killing the animals that use to live in the burrow. Weasels feed extensively on mice and other small mammals, but weasels will also eat birds, rabbits and amphibians when available. When hunting,
The tar pits were surrounded by grasslands, shrubby areas and pine forests. Sabertooth cats fed off of herbivores so they often times lived in areas like this because many of the plant-eating animals sabertooth cats relied on lived in these areas. Smilodons also preferred to live in closed habitats so that it was easy to ambush it’s prey while hiding in bushes. Fossils show some evidence that Sabertooths were social, perhaps even living in groups to care for one another. Fossil records also suggest that they lived in icy lands, as they lived during the end of the Dinosaurs and during the Ice Age.
Mutualistic relationships occur between eagles and farmers when farmers begin to plant crops in their fields. When crops are planted, prey are attracted to the field to eat. Bald eagles will surround fields to prepare to eat the prey that come in. The eagle will eat the prey that are coming into the field benefiting it by providing energy to the bird, and the farmer benefits because his crops are protected and have the ability to

The habitat is also made up of trees with nuts and bushes with berries. Black Bears are omnivores so they eat these along with other small animals. They are opportunist when it comes to food. Mostly bears eat vegetation during the spring but they will eat mainly anything they encounter. During the summer the bears eat salmon out of the rivers if they can catch it. If they can’t catch any they mainly survive off of berries, mainly blueberries, ants, grubs, and other insects. In the fall their diet starts to shift and they start to save up food for winter. They are also known to eat newborn moose calves during the winter when food is scarce.

Duck Hunting has been around since the 17th century and waterfowlers have been passing down the great tradition of waterfowl. Waterfowl or also known as duck hunting has been a growing sport and more and more people are starting to duck hunt around America.
Feral hogs, Sus scrofa, are present in all 64 parishes in Louisiana with an estimated population of 500,000. They are quickly becoming the most serious problem facing land managers and hunters in Louisiana due to their extremely prolific nature, excessive rooting that drastically impacts crops, food plots, hayfields, and tree farms, and their predatory activity towards livestock and wildlife.
The Canadian wilderness is filled with many beautiful and magnificent creatures; however, the Arctic fox stands out to be one of the most amazing. This gorgeous Canidae is native to the arctic extremes of the northern hemisphere, and can withstand temperatures as low as -58 degrees Fahrenheit before their metabolism kick in. This is all thanks to their thick, white, beautiful coat of fur, that is indeed one of the greatest in the animal world. It doesn’t always remain snow white however; for its coats ability to camouflage changes from season to season, growing brownish-black in the summer, and again, stark white in the winter. Their diet consists of really any small animal they can find; ranging from lemmings, to birds, to carrion. In the
Hedgehogs eat a wide range of invertebrates including worms, snails, slugs, and insects, but hedgehogs also eat carrion and scraps and even sometimes can eat baby mice, baby birds and eggs. The food they eat is what they forage from the undergrowth and in the fields. Hedgehogs will drink water from small bodies of water such as puddles or small streams and drink a lot for their body
The hedgehog was named because of its peculiar foraging methods. These animals root through hedges and other undergrowth in search of the small creatures that compose the bulk of their diet-insects, worms, centipedes, snails, mice, frogs, and snakes. As a hedgehog picks through the hedges, it emits pig-like grunts- thus, the hedgehog, National Geographic (N.D.). Some people consider hedgehogs useful pets because they prey on many common garden pests. While on the hunt, they rely upon their senses of hearing and smell because their eyesight is weak.
This book is about a weasel named Bagley Brown Jr. He is a weasel and I noticed that the weasels color is the same as the last name. He is brown and he has a patch on his eye. He lives in the Wainscott Woods. His father is a legend because he made the Double B. The Double B is a quarter mile long tunnel that leads to a chicken farm. It feeds all the weasels in the Wainscott woods. Everybody treats him special and he hates it. All the weasels love to dance and at the spring cotillion a new girl came to the woods. Her name is Wendy Blackish and she is pretty high class. The whitebelly brothers were there too. The oldest, Zeke likes Wendy.
Bears live in forests, mountains, deserts and grassy areas. They have fur-covered bodies, short legs and a round head with a long snout. In fact bears have two layers of fur. A short layer of fur keeps the bear warm and a long layer keeps water (2 ) ……… from the skin and short fur.
Their flesh gradually becomes clear and their white skeleton becomes visible. Moreover, their whole body would be covered by fuzzy microalgae.
