Q1- List and explain the key issues that must be addressed.
1) The unruly ways of the Merrymen band- The sheriff was much more equipped and had a greater capacity to organize defense and offensive attacks which he was currently doing to the band.
2) The bands numbers and their continued growth - of the band- Due to the increasing number of members in the band, the vigilance was in decline, and discipline was becoming harder to enforce. Also, the size of the band, compared to the amount of food available, the food capacity was becoming less and less so therefore the band was exceeding the food capacity of the forest.
3) Fixed transit tax- Robin believed that the time had come for the band to change their method of doing things by changing their policy from confiscating goods to one a fixed tax.
4) Prince John proposal to Robin- Prince John was vicious and volatile, and his proposal to offer amnesty to Robin by joining his conspiracy, to claim the throne.

This motto sounds less threatening and non-offensive. Unless, the band is powerful and has all resources with them, they cannot fight the High Sheriff of Nottingham and will eventually collapse in themselves. The sheriff was a powerful person and had powerful friends to include John Prince. Also, the current situation was changing volatile and dynamic, so the band must act accordingly and should implement some advanced methods and shifts primitive ways and methods. They should have the vision for growing themselves, stronger and becoming better organized for any cause. They should, store foods, accumulate money via taxes, collect sheltering resources, developing modern war equipment’s, etc. for growing themselves, stronger and becoming better organized against the
