Lifelong means as something that remaining in a particular state throughout a person life while learning is defined as the acquisition of knowledge or skills through study, experience or being taught (Oxford Dictionaries, 2018). From Oxford living dictionary; lifelong learning is a form of or approach to education which promotes the continuation of learning throughout adult life, especially by making educational material and instruction available through libraries, colleges, or information technology. Lifelong learning has been demand in this 21st century as the countries go to be industrialized; changing in warp and fast technology, growing of information access, and enhancing global interactions (Laal, Laal & Aliramaei, 2014). The need of this lifelong learning including the developmental needs is felt for adults as well as the children and adolescents. (Laal, Laal & Aliramaei, 2014). There are various form of learnings such as formal, non-formal and informal that forming to lifelong learning (Laal, 2011). The different between formal and non-formal learning is the environment where the learning occurs. Formal learning usually takes place within institutions that consists of a structured and organized context such as formal education and in-company training that often leads to formal recognition and qualifications. Non-formal learning is a learning that is made up in planned activities that are not specifically designated as learning but contain an important learning element. Informal learning is described as learning that happen in daily life activities that related to work, leisure or family. In other words, motivations seems stabilize in adult learning which may lead to future participation in education (Gorges & Kandler, 2011). In order to see their values on learning, classifying the four beliefs suggested by Wigfield et al. (2011) is required. Firstly, the attainment value which refers to the importance of activity could be seen from students rational in taking English course. Secondly, the intrinsic value which refers to the enjoyment in doing the activity could be seen on how they respond to the task given by the teacher and their engagement in the classroom activities. Thirdly, utility value which refers to the usefulness of activity for the future can also be seen from their reasons why taking this course. 2) If a person is willing to learn and wants to learn, then there is nothing they cannot learn. On the other hand if a person is not willing to learn nothing you say will make them want to learn. Sometimes the person believes they are an expert on something and know it all, so in their mind there is not anything you can teach them, this is not true. There is always learning to be learned, no one person knows it all. I will always be a lifelong learner, I learn something new everyday.
