If you’re going to take one thing from this book, here it is. All life, all existence, all experiences, all circumstances, all laws and rules fall under this single phrase:
“As a man thinketh in his heart, so is he.” 
Proverbs 23:7
Those are the words of Jesus. If you’re not a fan of Jesus, well how about Buddha when he said “the mind is everything, what we think, we become.” Not a fan of religion at all? Fine. How about Bruce Lee who said “as you think so shall you become.” Don’t like him either? Here is a few others whom have said the same thing, to pound this idea right into your thinker:
“Our life is what our thoughts make of it.” 
Marcus Aurelius
“We become what we think about all day long.” 
Ralph Waldo Emerson
“We become what we think about, and that is the strangest secret.” 
Earl Nightingale
Those are just a few great names that said it best. This is the single most important thing to understand about life. People have this fascinating idea that everything we can feel, hear, taste, touch, and smell is very real. You can hear sound. Feel the breeze. See the ocean and smell it too. You can see everything clearly. Where things come from and where they are going. If you aren’t used to this form of elevated thinking it’s easy to get the mental equivalence of altitude sickness. We get anxious because there is so much information. It is through harmonic thinking that we get in touch with the pure intelligence of our mind.
In life we are always moving and traveling. At one point we are on top of the mountain, we take in the view, see our next destination, and then return down the mountain in search of the next peak.
