While the busyness of people’s lives steadily increases, the stress level of an individual tends to rise. There are many stress relief methods that exist. I believe cardiovascular exercise is one good beneficial approach to reducing stress. Different forms of cardio exercise can physically contribute to ease stress.
Physical activity is very important for obesity. It is really important for obese children or adults to get some form of exercise in their lives. It can be very beneficial for them and can help prevent long term illnesses. People that exercise on a daily basis do it because it helps them feel more positive about themselves and they will be more energized, motivated and focused for the day. It gives people an excessive amount of happiness.
If one finds themself barely making it through the day without yawning or slightly falling asleep even during the simplest of tasks, a change might need to occur in their life. Exercise is that change a person may be looking for. Exercise delivers oxygen and nutrients to the tissues and helps the cardiovasculary system work more efficiently. When a person’s heart and lungs are working properly, they have more energy to tackle daily tasks and chores. If a person is looking for a good night’s sleep, exercise is a perfect way to do just that.

A sedentary lifestyle greatly increases one’s risk for a variety of health issues that can be very dangerous. Fortunately, exercise can help those who are inactive to get back on track, and to reverse these negative effects. It can also help those who are active to maintain their current level of health.
Many people exercise to help lose weight and stay fit and or for better physical features. Also, exercise helps improve people's mood because they are sleeping better at night and are more healthy, whereas sleep gives athletes more energy throughout the day. Exercise can help reduce the risk of cancer and improve balance. Above all, people who do little to light exercise is better than being absent from exercise. The heart will improve with at least thirty minutes of exercise a day a few days out of the week.
I have learned to not dwell on the past or mistakes because they will only bring you further down and we all make mistakes. I have learned to cherish the people that care about me. If this is just a one piece of knowledge I will learn in my lifetime I am actually kind of excited for the other ones even though they might not always be the way you want.
This is an extremely important attribute because you learn to accept others for who they are. You also learn to be open minded and not just stick to what you believe is right. You acknowledge the good in a bad situation and encourage others to speak their minds in a respectful manner. This is essential in any relationship and determines the maturity of a person. Following the example of listening to your partner in order to have a good relationship, when synergistic you open yourself up to other ideas.
I can definitely use this understanding because now I know the reasons behind why I make certain decisions and I can use my strengths to solve a problem within a group setting or a personal problem. I think adding value to my role in a group or society will be helped through my strength of being able to treat everyone equally and not give out favoritism through being a relater. I think that also being an activator will also be helpful in solving problems with friends, family, or colleagues. 3. How can you apply this knowledge to add value to your team or work group?
However, you should be extra aware of the distinctive signs of your partner, otherwise they could go unnoticed. Although, if you can communicate effectively your overall happiness is increased, therefore improving your interpretation of your partners’ nonverbal communication skills. This will expand your emotional intelligence. Although, this can have a massive impact on every relationship. According to the survey that I completed in “The Conflict Style Assessment” found in the Conerly article my style is that of Confronting. I will agree in some degree with the style because I do place a high value on relationship goals and I am assertive and cooperative (Conerly, 2004). I believe it is important in a work environment for people to work as a team. As much as I understand that everyone may not like each other, I believe it is important to be respectful of all parties concerned and get along. I also believe if given an opportunity most people will be able to see the good in others and forge a relationship of some sort.
