Health is described as physical and mental well-being and freedom from disease, pain or defect. However, such descriptions only superficially define the actual meaning of health. There may be many occasions when individuals are not necessarily ill or in pain but may be overweight, stressed or emotionally unstable. Health is a quality of life involving dynamic interaction and interdependence among the individual’s physical state, their mental and emotional reactions, and the social context in which the individual exists. There are many factors that influence your health, but three major components contribute to general well-being: Self-awareness, a balanced diet and, regular physical activity.
According to Lizette Borreli, “ Ninety-one percent of American adults and 60 percent of teens” own a cell phone. This is almost all of America that owns a cellphone. Although it is very common for those with cellphones to text as their primary form of communication, the use of a cell phone when speaking to one verbally can negatively impact the cell phone user’s health. Short-term effects of cellphones include “tissue heating.” This process occurs when a cell phone’s contact to the body transmits its energy into the skin, resulting in a rise in temperature of the organs ("Electromagnetic Fields and Public Health: Mobile Phones." para. 8). Even though this may not lead to immediate negative effects, it degrades the body over time, exemplifying why cell phones not only have (insert) tolls, but physical ones as

One of the best ways in how people can improve their overall mood, keep their bones healthy and even live longer, is by being an active person. Fred DeVito stated that “if it doesn’t challenge you, it doesn 't change you”; however most people just want exercise just to have a fit body and be healthier without knowing great results. Other effects that exercise has into the body are normalization of glucose, insulin and leptin levels. In other words not only will it make the appearance in a person’s life to look great, but their entire body will have an extraordinary response. In order to have a more fulfilling and enjoyable life, those who are out of shape should participate in regular fitness schedule reginert.

Health Risks of Cell Phones Health risks have started to be associated with radiation exposure from certain technological devices. Cell phones are popular in society today. Ever since the discovery of the device back in the late 1900’s, people have been interested in what they can do. Over the years cell phones have developed into bigger and better objects. Researchers have helped to make cell phones appealing to all ages in society. Cell phones have become easier to use because of the size, shape, and way they are now made. Back in the late 1900’s cell phones were large and bulky, and a person could only talk to someone. Now a day’s people can call and text a person, and see what someone is up to. One thing that has become popular to teenagers,
Scientists also say that cell phones don’t cause cancerous diseases well my opinion is that we should reduce the time we spend on our cell phones, don’t be on it all the time and try to slowly avoid cell phones and use handsets.
To conclude i would like to say that regulatory agencies have concluded cell phones are safe, cell phone radiation is non-ionizing and studies indicate that there are long term risks but we need more data on intense sustained usage, and cell phones can be used more safely by only using them when signal strength is strong and the transmitter doesn’t have to transmit as much energy.
