The leading cause of the African American slave trade in the 15th- 19th centuries was that white skinned Europeans and African profited from the exploitation of slavery throughout the Americas, and Africa in which were used as workers that did the job white skinned people could not in the Americas in order to produce cheap materials for wealth and trade.
