Manager and Leader are always in demand in any organization (GCU, 2011). Any organization requires strong and capable managers and leaders to function well. In health care of today or any business, leaders are needed to face the challenges of the 21st century in making sure there is the smooth running of the organization through the inspiration and persuasion of the organizational members. To make the organization a more perfect workable environment, the managers and leaders work so hard in planning the important roles in helping to develop and maintain a perfect functioning workplace. They make sure that the quality of care is always upgraded for the satisfaction of the customers. "Nursing leaders and managers would deliver quality care to customers for patient’s satisfaction in the following ways. The managers use a method that is rewarding and punishable there by enhancing the people under him to implement the goals of the organization" (Lunenburg, 2011). Any employees that carry out the manager’s goal perfectly is rewarded while those that fail to carry it out are punished. “One of the merits of the nursing management approach is that the desired outcome/ vision can be realized within a short time since the manager uses the authority granted by his position to get things done” (Bohoris & Vorria, 2012). The managers do not need his follower before he can do his work. Leaders have great advantage because they inspire the employees, have the same vision and aim at the same goal.
