Seek First to Understand: Good
I score good in being sensitive to the feelings of others, and see many examples of myself helping others in the time of need. However, I do not take interest in the professional benefits of others, and try to ignore participating wherever someone is to earn some formal gain.

8. Synergize: Good
I am a creative person when it comes to finding new solutions and ways. I believe this adds to my strengths again, as creativity is an innate skill, which takes any person quite high in professional success. I do not take much interest in listening to others, however, I often do fake listening in order to secure friendship with them. I think more about achieving personal gain.

9. Sharpen the Saw: Very Good
I score the best in being active in growing my self-awareness. I also take interest in entertaining myself time to time, without simply focusing on monotonous work and boring activities.

Conclusion: This tool helped me in understanding my leadership score, and affirming that I am a strong but self-focused personality, who builds networks for personal gain and takes least interest in the achievements of others for preventing wastage of time. This helped me in further highlighting my strengths, weakness, and action-plan to improve
