So fast the time went for the course and we all are at the end of the course. I learned so many insights from the class during interactions on weekly discussions and PBL case scenarios.
All the courses provided the knowledge for to advance skills and abilities required for the leadership. The Northouse (2013) mentioned various methods to attain the success for leadership. Like the trait approach, which highlights the personality of the leader. The skills approach puts emphasis on the capabilities of a leader. The Style approach highlights the behavior of the leader. Lastly, a Situational Approach, which help the leader to adapt the style, which demands the situation. All these skills we need for our all-round development of the organization.
1) Leadership philosophy and the importance of serving first
The knowledge, skills, and experiences that I have acquired from the course had laid the foundation to become a successful health care administrator/manager. I have learned in my entire life that compassionate work for patients care serve as a foundation to build on, enabling me to become a responsible healthcare worker.

It is like always thinking of new ideas and creating new plans (Hughes & Beatty, 2013). Strategic leaders are those people, who work hard, listen to subordinates, and enthusiastic all the time to encourage self and others and provides their time and efforts for the organizational development.
