Effects of Procrastination Bad habits are something people do over and over again, if not the person would feel uncomfortable. One bad habit that can affect someone’s life significantly would be procrastination. According to Cambridge Dictionary, procrastination is “ to delay doing something.” Procrastination happens when someone does not do something that needs to be done at that moment. Everyone procrastinates it does not matter if they’re a kid or an adult everyone can find something more entertaining than their work. If someone cannot respect values and stick to their word, then how can they be a leader of others? A leader takes a lot of work, but if you are good at it, it may seem like nothing. Some people are leaders and do not even know it, like role models. When little kids look up to certain people that have impacted their lives in a way, they will see those people as role models. Truth is, leaders are everywhere and not everyone knows or can see that.
Obviously it is impossible to make everyone happy all at one time, but a balanced leader comes close. A balanced leader grows personal skills and talents on their own. All leaders need to be a little selfish at times. They work hard on developing healthy social skills and interaction. It is not all about the leader though, they still need to be balanced with the people too.
Every individual strives to be a leader, and thus every individual can be a leader. However, not every person can be an effective leader. An effective leader shows leadership through multiple individual characteristics which collectively become their style of leadership.
On the contrary being monitored can also be a bad thing. People can get pressured by being monitored and get stressed. If the data gets shared among friends it could even cause disappointment.
