My diet for the last 48 hours would not be your ideal diet. My intake of food was less than usual due to working and different times I would eat. My breakfast frequently consists of any type of cereal I can find in the morning. For my breakfast, I ate a bowl of Honey Nut Cheerios. This bowl of cereal feeds my appetite until I can go to lunch. I am not typically a breakfast eater, but I realize that it truly is the most important meal of the day. I can work on a more balanced breakfast and one that is not as hurried. For my lunch on Friday I had a large taco. The tacos had carbohydrates and protein which helped me stay active and awake for the afternoon.
