Larry Page and Sergey Brin are the ones who started it all and founded Google. Larry Page was born in Michigan in 1973 and his parents were computer experts. Just like his parents, Larry became a computer engineer and studied at Stanford University where Page would go on to met Sergey Brin. Together they developed a search engine that listed results according to the popularity of the pages, calling the search engine, ‘Google.’ Larry’s father, Carl Page, was a pioneer in computer science and artificial intelligence, and his mother was an expert in and taught computer programming. Larry Page earned a Bachelor’s Degree in engineering from the University of Michigan, and then decided to concentrate on computer engineering at Stanford University.
