The play “Macbeth” is one of Shakespeare’s greatest and most popular tragedies written alongside with “Othello” and “Hamlet”. Shakespeare’s plays typically are centered on the actions of males with little female representation, however in “Macbeth” Lady Macbeth (wife of the protagonist, Macbeth) is present in the play above average than most female characters.
