Kevin Neal terrified a California community when he turned into a enraged shooter by loading himself up with two handguns and a semiautomatic rifle, taking aim at seven locations, including an elementary school. KRON reports Neal's bullets hit 14 people during his rampage, killing four people and injuring the others, including one student at the school before he was killed in a shootout with police after his 45-minute shooting spree. School staff members barricaded themselves inside the school with the children after getting all of the doors locked when the gunfire broke out. Neal shot at the Rancho Tehama Elementary School for six minutes after he was locked out before he moved on to find more victims.
