Julius Caesar
A good leader is a person who is well-educated, respectful, open-minded, good communicator, etc. In the play of Shakespeare Julius Caesar, Antony plays a major role, as a leader, showing love, respect and always being loyal to Julius Caesar. Antony has always been showing these traits towards Julius Caesar identifying him as the noblest man in Rome. By the end of this play, Julius Caesar is killed and Antony gets inspired in getting revenge on the conspirators and Brutus. A leader knows how to lead and command certain groups; also he should shows respect, nobility, education, patience, and others. Antony plays the role of a leader by showing love, respect, towards the people and to Julius Caesar especially being loyal to Caesar and inspiration; that’s what makes him a leader.

Playwright, William Shakespeare, in the play Julius Caesar, utilizes many instances of rhetorical devices through the actions and speech of Caesar's right-hand man, Mark Antony. In the given excerpt, Antony demonstrates several of those rhetorical devices such as verbal irony, sarcasm, logos, ethos, and pathos which allows him to sway the plebeians. The central purpose of Mark Antony’s funeral speech is to persuade his audience into believing that Caesar had no ill intentions while manipulating the plebeians into starting a rebellion against their new enemies, Brutus and the conspirators.
Julius Caesar elected himself as the dictator of Rome. He became a favorite to many of the people of the lower classes. Unlike many leaders, Caesar valued the poor. Most people agreed with his decisions, but some of the higher classes’ did not. On March 15 44 BCE, now called the Ides of March, a few of Caesars’ closest peers decided to murder Caesar. Marcus Brutus killed Julius Caesar, on March 15.
Antony is the trusted lietenant who is popular with Caesar because he follows Julius Caesar by his heart instead of getting wealthy. You disagree with the argument of killing Antony or not because you don’t want to make bloody. However, after Caesar’s death, Antony will be the best speaker to take the chance to speak toward the crowd in public, and he will make a great speech that make people love Caesar more than you, and it causes people to make revenge for Caesar.

William Shakespeare’s play The Tragedy of Julius Caesar is a story full of manipulation and jealousy that changes the way people think. Ancient Rome had umpteen different ways of handling situations that, in today’s world, would be considered unethical; such as battles that were very much horrifying and vivid. Since Caesar was gaining such an incredible amount of power and support from his people, the senate feared that Caesar’s influence would be push these reforms onto the lower-class citizens, and it would threaten and put the upper-classes privileged interests at risk. The wealthy citizens didn’t want to live under the this dictatorship and decided to conspire against their leader.
In Shakespeare’s tragedy Julius Caesar, the use of diverse leaders plays an important role in the plot, showing vividly how strong personalities conflict. This is the case with Brutus and Cassius, the two leaders among the several conspirators. The story of Julius Caesar is set in ancient Rome during a time when Julius Caesar is to become king. This, however, angers Cassius, a nobleman, and he plots with Brutus and others to kill him before he becomes king. They do just that, justifying their actions by saying Caesar was too ambitious and would have gone insane with power. This backfires with the Roman citizens after an emotional speech by Mark Antony, Caesar’s right hand man. This forces the conspirators to flee Rome and go to war with Antony and eventually take their own lives. Because of their great leadership qualities, Brutus and Cassius take the leader roles among the conspirators. Nevertheless, they at times do argue over the course of action. Though Brutus and Cassius are both similar in that they are great leaders, their differences in character are instrumental in determining the conclusion of the play.
The game that we played in class was relate to act 2 in a way that how Brutus and Cassius want to Kill and get rid Caesar. For example, Brutus says " Caesar must bleed for it... " which is stating that he wants him dead. So this game in basically that he doesn't want to make a sense. In the game we had detectives and mafia and the citizens, the detective are the Roman soldiers and the mafia are Brutus, Cassius, Casca, Decius, Cinna, Metellus Cimber, Soothsayer and Trebonius. These people are try to get rid of Julius Caesar. So the are going to use the crowd which are the citizens to not make it suspicious who did the crime. Also because Soothsayer was say to Portia "is Caesar yet gone to the Capital" which they are waiting for Caesar and trade
