IMORTANCE OF GOOD COMMUNICATION FOR A JOB INTERVIEW Being able to communicate efficiently is the main life skill. Communication is merely a function of transferring information from one place to another. How good this information be able to send and taken is a measure of how well our communication skills are. Nowadays, 89% of world's professionals believe that communicating with clearness immediately influence their career and business. Obviously, communication skills are necessary, in a job interview ,because the entire sense of an interview is for job searcher to alert dormant employers to his or her ability to communicate well, also because communication skills are among impalpable skill, which is most costly by employers. Employers all of the world need to have good communicators in their workplace. But, in different countries with cultural diversity needs for a person, who is searching for a job, can be different. If job seeker is looking for a job in foreign country, he need to know about their values, beliefs, and norms, because all of that influence on the behaviours of a huge class and category of people.For example the United Arab Emirates , it is the country that we are living now and interested in, because most of the people, whose are living or studying in UAE, planning to stay and work here. Because even if person is the smartest and most qualified job searcher and if he does't have good communicational skills, it will be really difficult to him to get this job. Perfect communication is a crucial skill in every role. Regardless of the job, which person is applying for, candidates are trying to have a good impression on employer, because it is extremely important, but job seeker can not do that, if he is bad communicator. All information that i wrote before is showing huge impact of good communicational skills on job interview. I probably believe that good communicator always have an "access" everywhere, but now i don't believe I have no doubt that is extremely significant. Because communication is the heart of each company or organisation. Even the most powerful and successful organisations find out that if they are to be prosperous in today's business world, good communication at all areas and levels is necessary. The main key is the communication, if person, who is hunting for a job will use it properly, he or she has all chances to get the job of a dream!
