Kara is such an inspirational woman and wished all women would openly talk about the issue and not be conditioned to not share their struggles and experiences so others can benefit. Her story touched me, because I have family member who’s still going through this issue and see the fear and hopelessness in her eyes when there is commercial or someone mentions that topic. She had created a platform to help women not feel isolated and empower them to share which gave Kara peace and feel like she’s not the only one.
