Recommended: Assignment on ISJT personality type

According to the personality assessment, I am an ISTJ. I was quite intrigued by the accuracy of the description and even learned that a few of my weaknesses are of no fault of my own. They are just part of my personality and I should work on excepting them to the best of my abilities. Having said that, my judging side is just as bad toward myself as it is to others.
