Recommended: The importance of effective communication as a leader

Personality,the charateristics of one self that others can judge you as an individual place you in some type of box. Is personality important to society? Some of the strengths and weaknesses of my own personality. How will my personality help me on the job or my career. Will personality stop a person from making money? Personality is somewhat important in all of these topics to become a factor in society.

Is personality important to society, in my opinion personality can be important to pursue your dreams and get the proper connections to make money. If you are reserved you will always stay in a shell and not talk to people,and won't make friends. Those type of people usually stay to them self and some may stay in the same position at work.Because, at jobs now-a-days you have to be very talkative to move up in a company or to get customers. Me personally, I moved up within the company on my personality and my work ethics. I was very proud of my self for that.

I have an ENTJ personality and that was for to tests, I guess that means something. I reasearched that ENTJ personalities are people that are charismatic, rational, quick-minded and are meant to inspire people. I think this personality fits me some-what because I love to lead and often think of ways to start my own business someday. It takes money and time to do that but, oneday I will. I love to inspire people and help other people, especially young kids. Kids these day need that inspiration to build a better tommorow and stop all the violence. I am also very confident about accomplishing hard tasks big or small. My weakness are I don't have great communication skills, I tend to only respond or listen to topics of discussions th...

In conclusion, personality is the characteristics of one self that others can judge you as an individual and put you in some type of box. Personality is important in some ways but we should not just base life one it to please other people or to be accepted by society. we should make money and be happy and achieve our goals and be successful. I leave you with a quote from Steve Jobs I like. Your time is limited, so don't waste it living someone else's life. Don't be trapped by dogma which is living with the results of other people's thinking. Don't let the noise of others' opinions drown out you inner voice. And most important, have the courage to follow your heart and intuition. They somehow already know what you truely want to become, Everything else is secondary. This is so true about the life we live on a daily basis.
