Is a college education worth it? Many parents send their children to college because knowledge can change life in their mind.education is very important because now more jobs require highly educated. Also, we have many choices, and we can go to a two-year college or a large 4-year university. Everybody has a different situation when they have to make a decision. However, is a college education worth it? There are so many problems so that students have to face it. Such like student loan debt or tuition has risen quicker than income. Most students can not pay for it and create more stress. On the contrary, it is still worth taking college education. There are three reasons. College graduates make more money, College graduates have more and better employment opportunities, and allow students to explore career options. Firstly, college graduates make more money. College education brings more opportunities when graduates try to find a job. They have more choices and negotiations. For example, 85.2% of college freshman in 2015 said they attended college to ”be able to get a better job.” and 58% of college graduates and people with some college or associate’s degrees reported being “very satisfied” with their jobs compared to 50% of high school graduates and 40% of people without a high school diploma. People get more employment opportunities if they go to college. In fact, if people want to find a great job with high school diploma, it is difficult to find one.
