Communication and technology are very important factors in all careers. “Communication skills are critical for an accountant’s workplace success; however accounting education research to date has mainly focused on the writing and presentation skills aspects of communication skills.” (Daff, L.2013) The accounting profession is just one setting that communication plays a key role in the workplace, but it is very vital in all careers and professions today.
