Summary:
The report will outline the injury of Zack Smith and the discussions held around the compensation claim. The purpose of this meeting was to resolve issues surrounding the compensation claim and for Zack Smith. The finding of the meeting was that the group was ineffective due to the leader resulting to conflict and the group members retaliating.
