This classroom feels like a safe, inviting, positive, organized, spacious, colorful place for all students and anyone who enters the classroom. What things does the teacher actually do and say to create the tone? The tone of the class was calm, quiet, organized, and mutual respect. The classroom walls were decorated with bright colorful poster that illustrated positive and encouraging thoughts. The room was well organized; the students desks was spaces, and the floor was clean.
The first thing that makes a person good is that they have others in their mind, besides just themselves when making decisions. Another thing is that morally right people cares for people besides their loved ones. They don’t fight with other people but instead value all people’s opinions. The good person makes their roles in other people’s lives a priority. He or she doesn’t conform to what everyone else is doing.
This is fostered by maintaining a cooperative working environment between me and my students and among the students themselves. They are aware of my expectations of them and are amenable to them. In the same token, they have expectations of me as a teacher that I must live up to. They must be fair, and fairly equal. For example, since I believe organization is key in the study of mathematics, I expect their notebooks and homework to be highly organized as well.
Integrity goes hand-in-hand with respect. An individual’s honesty is very important when negotiating with others. Earning back the trust of others may prove to be a difficult and frustrating task. Nobody wants to deal with a liar or an individual that is easily corrupted by outside influences. Commitment is the one core value that will help all parties (involved in conflict) reach a solution in a timely manner.
Most of my teachers did practice Personally Meaningful Education, because they would talk to about things I thought were interesting, they came and supported me at my games, and they were honest with me. I felt safe in their classroom and did not have to be afraid or embarrassed to be who I was. Since I am kinesthetic learner, they found way to reach out to me. In classes like Physical Education and math it was easier for them, because they just had me be demonstrate whether I knew how to do it or not, on the other hand for classes like history they would sometimes have us role play, or do presentations. In all of my classes, I was allowed to use a stress ball to keep my hands busy to stimulate my brain, and the teachers were all okay with that.
Trust can be defined as a confidence in the ethical, capability, potency, or truth of someone or something to do the right thing. Trust brings about originality, group effort, resourceful thoughts and productivity and not protecting themselves and interests, rather helping the group to attain a set goal.
Now the obligation to treat a person as an end is not overly demanding, when such an act is a negative one. For then you are simply obligated not to do something, an obligation that you can fully comply with by exercising self-control. For instance, it is hardly burdensome to refrain from lying to people. However, when the act is a positive one, the obligation to treat a person as an end can often be overly demanding. For then your obligation to her can be a good-Samaritan one, requiring you not to allow other persons to treat her simply as a means.

It means standing up for beliefs, expressing anger in a tactful eloquent way, reaching out to others, building self-esteem, and learning to be more direct. It is a method to reach goals, feel good about oneself, and to demonstrate respect for others. Most importantly, do not try to be something out of the ordinary and always take other’s needs and respect into account.
There is no reason that people should not fulfill their self-interests as long as they are not hurting others while doing this. That is the small yet important line between selfishness and self-interest that should never be broken. advertise.
Self-confidence is the belief in oneself and of one’s powers and abilities. It is the attitude that people possess that allows them to have positive views and to trust their own abilities.
