Today we will discuss the background of the Minnesota Wild versus the Florida Panthers on February 28th, the objective and subjective aspects of the hockey match, the aftermath, and an overall reactions of the players/coach. The Minnesota Wild versus the Florida Panthers on Sunday February 28th was a regular scheduled season match. This match was important for the Wild to take home the win because they were welcoming back one of their star players Zach Parise who had been out two games due to an upper body injury. To start off the Minnesota Wild outshot their opponents twenty-seven to nineteen. I know that missed shots does not sound like it mean very much but it shows how their offense was playing. Those eight more shots show that Minnesota’s offense was performing quite well. On the other hand their defense could have improved.
