`The Minnesota State Fair is the second largest state fair in total attendance next to the Texas State Fair. Personally I have attended the wonderful Minnesota State Fair for 5 years now. Minnesota is a great place to live, because there are 4 seasons in a year, has the Minnesota State Fair and has winter activities.
The Minnesota Fair has several attractions such as food, rides and entertainment. First I'm going to talk about the food. One of the most popular foods at the State Fair are the cheese curds. The State Fair has many deep fried candies such as snickers, oreo's and twinkies. There are many popular rides at the Minnesota State Fair such as the Zipper. Another popular ride is the Cliff Hanger. Amongst the fair rides in the midway at the State Fair, there are many ways to try your luck with games involving skill. They have games such as the basketball game and ring toss. The Minnesota State Fair is a great place to reunite families and only comes around once a year, if you have not attended I would recommend that you mark your calendar for next year.

First I'm going to talk about snowboarding. Popular areas to snowboard in Minnesota are Wild Mountain and Spirit Mountain. Ice fishing is another popular winter activity. This can be done on any lake that is fished during the summer as long as the ice is safe. One of the largest charitable ice fishing contests is held in Brainers by the Jaycees. This year will be the 26th annual contest, expecting 10,000 people. Snowmobiling is a sport that you do during the winter and you have good fun. There are many trails that you can take with a snowmobile but you need a license in order to go on the trails. The exposition displayed grand buildings with beautiful architecture, hundreds of exhibits ranging from exotic tribes of Africa, to new inventions, expertly constructed landscape, and astounding attractions such as the first Ferris wheel. The case of the Indiana state fair was a clear example of what happens when an organization does not have a crisis management team, plan, strategy, or crisis organizational learning experiences. As we observed, so many individuals from separate departments did not effectively communicate with one another. It sort of reminds me of the whole Titanic disaster, only smaller in nature. Where there were so many signs, and opportunities to prevent the crises from effecting them directly. Unfortunately there were too many missed opportunities, and eventually it was a race against time, and time won!
I have been to a place that has lots of interesting snow and others. It is Lake Tahoe. It is a place that I will never get bored of that it has a lot of snow! Mostly you could do anything with snow. But most of all, beating your older brother up in a snowball fight. I really loved when each time I went down the big mountain. It was really amazing. I was also really happy of building snowmen and building snow forts that I never even knew I can build. It was amazing for all of what could be crafted with snow. The fantastic trip has come to the start!

I was able to attend a fair on September 15 at the city of Bell Gardens. The fair was created to celebrate the Mexican Independence Day, which in Spanish is called Dia de la Independencia de Mexico. On September 15, they celebrate El Grito de Mexico. This event is celebrated every year, to remind people about the day they gain their independence, which brings many individuals to do the Grito de Dolores. In this case, the mayor of the city along with her colleagues and the escoltas were present. Not only was the Mexico flag present, but also the United States flag. At first, they mayor of the city told all the individuals to stand up and remove their hats for the respect of the flags. As a small child, my parents and I made an annual pilgrimage to the State Fair. For my parents, the primary objective of the trip was to attend the World Championship Horse Show in Freedom Hall. My major enjoyment as a young child was the midway and the fair rides; however, this changed as I grew older.
“When people arrived in the morning on the 17th there was a display of horses, cattle and farm products” (Drury 807). “The first Montgomery County Agricultural Fair was held in Dayton at Swaynie’s Hotel on East First Street October 17th and 18th, 1839” (Drury 807). 1853, the state fair was held on Washington Street, the same year the county fair was held there (Drury 807) then in 1874, “the Southern Ohio Fair Association began having fairs on the Montgomery County Fairgrounds for fifteen years” (Drury 808). This set the stepping stone for many fairs in the years in counting. When individuals see the Montgomery County Fairgrounds today, it is seen as just being a place where random fairs or talent shows are held at. Not knowing its history, one could be right. Much has changed on the Montgomery County Fairgrounds; from its architecture to the people that now visit it.

There are thousands of things I love, but vacation is on the number one list. Many times over the years I have taken vacation time; It was only a while back, when I realized how amaz-ing, and the great value it gives the sole and body. There have been times when I felt not wanting to leave my work, whether it’s financial problems or among other things. Other times I thought my work was at a decisive juncture and it wouldn 't get accomplished without me. All profession-als or employees know that the money does not just make itself unless they are there to make sure everything is going according to their policy. I know I am not alone in making excuses not to take a vacation. When I asked a couple of my co-workers, they also agreed on not even taking a week off for the entire year, some even included holidays.
